Before joining Vantage Financial, he developed a strong foundation in leadership and business operations through his experience in the excavation industry. Working in project management and equipment operations provided him with firsthand experience in responsibility, problem-solving, client relationships, and managing the day-to-day demands of a business. His background in business has helped shape a people-focused approach built around communication, service, and developing meaningful relationships.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Briley is passionate about his faith, family, fitness, and personal growth. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, motocross, and learning more about investing, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
